We have our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where we ensure to produce the following quality products that are sent to across the Globe :

Pure Lead

Pure Lead Ingot is produced from Raw Lead Bullion / Lead Metallic Scrap though Pyrometallurgical process. Our Refining Process, producing Pure Lead Ingots with a minimum purity level of 99.97% by weight but achieves purity level of 99.985% in most of cases.

Our Plant has three Refining Cattle / Pots with a capacity of 35 MT, 15 MT & 12 MT each. Automatic Our Ingot Casting Machine cast 10 MT per hour and ensures Dross-free & smooth top surface of each ingots.

Lead Alloys

Our Alloying plant uses the Pyrometallurgical process to produce specific Lead Alloys. We have kettle pots of various capacities ranging from 12-35 tonnes per batch accompanied by high efficiency furnace oil burners equipped with preheating arrangements. Emissions control is achieved by a flexible kettle hood venting into a venturi scrubber attached to an induction draft fan along with a chimney/stack arrangement.

Polypropylene Chips

Polypropylene (PP) is a linear hydrocarbon polymer. PP, like polyethylene and polybutene (PB), is a polyolefin or saturated polymer. Polypropylene is one of those most versatile polymers available with applications, both as a plastic and as a fiber, in virtually all of the plastics end-use markets.

Polypropylene’s are available to meet the needs of various fabrication processes such as extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, biaxially oriented film (BOPP), fiber spinning, slit tape, extrusion coating, and laminating.

Remelted Lead Ingots / Blocks

We produce & Import Remelted Lead Ingots / Blocks, which contains about 99-98% Lead Metal with remaining Impurity Elements (Total 1-2%) as Antimony, Tin, Arsenic, Iron, Bismuth, Copper etc.

This is commercially called as 'Raw Lead or Lead Bullion', which is further processed to Pure Lead (99.97 purity) and / or Specific Lead Alloys.

Remelted Lead Ingots is being produced by Smelting Operation done in Blast Furnace / Rotary Furnace. India considered as one of the biggest Importer of this product.
